Certification as a fire service instructor is an important part of every new fire officers’s education.
NIPSTA’s Fire Service Instructor series is designed to meet and exceed Illinois Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) standards, as well as the requisite knowledge and skills laid out in NFPA 1041. This series has been completely redesigned to take advantage of NIPSTA’s unique environment, capable of providing more hands-on exercises, group discussions and workshops.
The Fire Service Instructor series is not only presented by experienced fire service instructors, but innovative fire service leaders with years of experience designing, developing and delivering fire service training programs.
